Building and maintaining our relationship with various Target teams is a priority and we are looking for an Account Manager that can do just that! In this position you will report to the Director of Account Management, and as a team, grow the Target account and provide end-to-end support for assigned categories.
In this role, you will:

- Identify white space and develop strategies to drive Target Own Brands/category growth and achieve or exceed sales goals
- Serve as key point of contact for seasonal calendar management, milestone meeting set-up, costing negotiations, new items, key initiatives, etc.
- Represent Interloop at quarterly Strategic Business Partner meetings as well as quarterly Business Partner Council meetings as available.
- Via insightful and fact-based presentations, influence Target partners to implement business solutions and product recommendations that deliver results that are beneficial for both companies
- Problem solve and support Interloop teams on execution of everyday business, including Target forms, POL, item setup/ maintenance, costing, packaging development, product/quality testing, etc.
- Collaborate with Business Managers, Target, to analyze sales/POS trends and make recommendations for in season actions and seasonal assortment and planogram changes
