RESPONSIBILITY

Environmental Social Governance (ESG)

At Interloop North America we are actively seeking a more sustainable future through our commitment to being better stewards of people, planet, and prosperity.

We continue to set goals and make more of our efforts measurable – using clear-cut assessments and specific metrics to keep us moving forward towards a better tomorrow.

Responsibility in Action

People
People

We believe our people are the greatest resource we have. We are continuously working to have an environment of inclusion and engagement for all employees. From living wage salaries to VTO (Volunteer Time Off), we know our stakeholders go beyond our employees and want to create value for our customers and community members as well.

Businesses have had the largest impact on our environment, but also hold the keys to driving change. From our Green Office Policy to our Supplier Code of Conduct, we want to make sure we are aware of our impact on the planet. Building awareness allows us to develop targets for reduction of impact through measurable efforts.

We believe it’s possible to do the right thing and still prosper. While we have plans for growth across multiple categories, it is not at the expense of the people or the planet. Placing purpose over profit can still reap financial benefits.

Responsibility Teams

Our Responsibility Teams focus on Environment, Giving, Volunteering, and JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion). This past year, the teams donated more than 8,000 pairs of socks, helped to start a building-wide recycling program, delivered hundreds of servings of fresh fruit to a local elementary school, and engaged the entire company in DE&I training. Not only does this help serve our community, but it also strengthens our culture.

To create products and provide expertise that our customers love, with integrity and passion, while being responsible stewards of resources.
